WorldAgents Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Shapes Corp collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you use WorldAgents, including our website, dashboard, agent builder, simulator, APIs, iOS and Android applications, spatial intelligence features, pilots, support, and related services.

1. Scope

This policy applies to WorldAgents, which is operated by Shapes Corp. It does not apply to third-party websites, app stores, devices, model providers, customer systems, or integrations that have their own privacy notices.

If you use WorldAgents through an organization, that organization may separately collect, control, or process information in its workspace and may give us instructions for handling that information. Contact your organization for questions about its privacy practices.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, information generated through use of the service, and information from service providers or integrations.

  • Account and profile information, such as name, email address, authentication details, organization membership, role, settings, invitations, and support history.
  • Customer content, such as agent instructions, prompts, files, documents, images, audio, video, transcripts, maps, places, spaces, semantic layers, annotations, simulation data, generated assets, and other content you upload, stream, create, or store.
  • Device and technical information, such as IP address, browser, operating system, device identifiers, app version, crash logs, diagnostic events, network details, phone, tablet, or connected device type, permissions, and approximate location signals when needed for product functionality.
  • Usage information, such as pages viewed, actions taken, session events, agent runs, simulator interactions, feature usage, API calls, and security logs.
  • Commercial information, such as billing contacts, plan details, pilot information, subscription status, invoices, and payment-related metadata. Payment card details are handled by payment providers where applicable.
  • Communications, such as messages you send to support, pilot forms, survey responses, calls, meeting notes, and other correspondence.
  • Third-party login and integration information, such as data received from Google sign-in, app stores, model providers, device platforms, or integrations you or your organization connect.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to operate, secure, support, improve, and communicate about WorldAgents.

  • Create accounts, authenticate users, manage organizations, process invitations, and provide customer support.
  • Run realtime sessions, process audio, video, images, files, prompts, transcripts, spatial data, simulations, and agent configuration.
  • Provide agent builder, spatial intelligence, recognition, localization, simulator, native app, and API functionality.
  • Monitor reliability, debug issues, prevent abuse, protect accounts, investigate security events, and enforce our terms.
  • Analyze and improve product performance, user experience, features, documentation, models, and workflows.
  • Manage pilots, billing, account administration, notices, product updates, and service communications.
  • Comply with law, legal process, audits, reporting obligations, sanctions, and other compliance requirements.

4. AI, Audio, Video, And Spatial Processing

WorldAgents can process audio, video, images, files, text, location-related context, device signals, spatial maps, semantic layers, and simulator events. This processing is used to provide agent responses, recognition, localization, simulation, debugging, and related product features.

We may send content and related metadata to model providers, cloud infrastructure, device services, and other service providers as needed to operate WorldAgents. We use contractual, technical, and operational controls intended to limit processing to the purposes described in this policy and our agreements.

Unless a separate agreement, product setting, or written permission says otherwise, we use non-public customer content to provide and operate WorldAgents, not to train models for general use outside WorldAgents.

You should not submit sensitive personal information, regulated data, or confidential third-party material unless you have permission and the product, plan, and agreement are appropriate for that data.

5. How We Disclose Information

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose information only as described in this policy, as needed to provide the service, or with your direction or consent.

  • Service providers, such as cloud hosting, storage, analytics, error monitoring, customer support, email delivery, payments, security, and model providers.
  • Organization administrators and members, when information is part of an organization workspace, shared content, agent, file, space, invitation, or activity record.
  • Connected integrations, devices, app stores, and third-party services that you or your organization choose to use with WorldAgents.
  • Affiliates, contractors, and professional advisors that help us operate, secure, or improve WorldAgents.
  • Authorities, courts, regulators, or third parties when required by law or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, security, users, the public, or the service.
  • A buyer, investor, successor, or advisor in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets.

6. Cookies And Similar Technologies

We use cookies, local storage, pixels, logs, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, remember preferences, secure accounts, measure product usage, diagnose problems, and improve the website and app.

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Some features may not work correctly if cookies or local storage are disabled.

7. Retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide WorldAgents, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, support business operations, and back up systems.

Retention periods vary by data type, account settings, organization instructions, plan, support needs, and legal requirements. We may retain de-identified, aggregated, or anonymized information where permitted by law.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. These safeguards can include access controls, encryption, logging, monitoring, backups, and vendor security review.

No online service can be guaranteed to be fully secure. You are responsible for protecting your credentials, devices, and organization permissions.

9. International Transfers

WorldAgents is operated from the United States and may use service providers in the United States and other countries. Your information may be processed in countries that have privacy laws different from those where you live.

Where required, we use appropriate transfer mechanisms, contracts, and safeguards for international processing.

10. Your Choices And Rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, export, restriction, or objection regarding personal information by contacting support@shapesxr.com. We may need to verify your identity and may respond through your organization if the information is controlled by that organization.

You can opt out of non-essential marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in the message. We may still send service, security, legal, and account notices.

Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR, UK GDPR, California privacy laws, and other privacy laws. We will not discriminate against you for exercising privacy rights.

11. Children

WorldAgents is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If local law requires a higher age for consent to processing, WorldAgents is not directed to users below that age without appropriate authorization. If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

12. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If a change is material, we will provide notice by reasonable means, such as posting the updated policy, updating the date above, or notifying account administrators. Continued use after the effective date means the updated policy applies.
